Group Coaching & Facilitation
My practice originally started as an education consulting practice for families in 2014. Eleven years in, I bring an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instructional Design, ICF certification (ACC), and training in Presence-Based Coaching, somatics, and community practice — alongside direct experience designing and implementing programs inside the complex systems leaders and teams are navigating.
What that means in practice: I've worked inside schools, organizations, and communities. I understand how these systems actually function — and where they break down. That's what I bring to every group coaching engagement, along with deep presence and genuine partnership.
Impact in Practice: What Participants Experienced
“A sense of belonging and trust between people.”
“Being able to go to those around you for help.”
“Building communication that leads to trust.”
“I am not alone.”
“I’m not alone in this work.”
“Helping move the needle.”
“It put ‘uncoachable’ in perspective.”
“I feel very confident applying what I learned today.”
”I learned to observe first instead of overreacting.”
For teams and organizations ready to build learning environments that actually work — for everyone in the room.
I study learning systems, design and facilitate professional development, and build trainings for educators and leaders navigating complex human systems. The work is practical, grounded, and built around the real conditions your team is actually operating in.
I work with:
Leadership Teams & Organizations seeking professional development and training that goes beyond compliance — support that builds real capacity for navigating complexity, change, and the human side of systems work.
Community-Building Series from 2021-2022 | In partnership with UT's Institute for Restorative Justice & UTCDC campuses | Designed and implemented a campus-wide restorative justice program across three campuses, positively impacting over 570 students. The work focused on building community, collaboration, and trust among educators — creating the relational conditions for learning environments where every student could belong.
Learning & Development Teams ready to think differently about how learning environments are designed — particularly around inclusion, neurodivergence, behavior, and communication. Not just accommodating difference, but building spaces where every individual can participate meaningfully.

This work is customized. If you're building something and need a strategic partner to help your team grow into it, I'd love to hear what you're working on.

Group Coaching & Facilitation
How it works
We start with a free initial conversation to figure out whether this is the right fit and what you actually need.
Some engagements are a single workshop or professional development session, priced by the event. Others call for something more sustained: a group coaching engagement, where a team works together over time on the challenges that brought them to this work. Those challenges rarely resolve in a single session. They need repetition, reflection between sessions, and someone supporting the full arc with the group.
Group coaching begins with a one-month foundation that includes:
An in-depth interview with the team lead or sponsor
An intake assessment with the core team
A 75-minute group session with core team
A 30-minute call reviewing the group coaching observations and objectives
Review of relevant organizational context and materials
Email support throughout the month
At the end of the month, we'll have a clear picture of what the group needs and a proposed path forward. If we continue, the engagement extends to six months of regular group sessions, built on what the first month surfaced.
